It's that most wonderful time of the year when we can spread holiday joy and bring a smile to a student in need. Sign up to receive a student's wish list that will help you provide a personalized gift bag valued between $100 and $150. Many folks share a wish list with a friend or family member to share the cost and fun!

This very special gift-giving tradition warms hearts year after year. As in past years, we invite non-members to participate so we can provide a gift bag to each student on the CIS Case Load which grows each year.

To participate, fill out this form to help us match you to a student from the Heights High School CIS Program.

By November 20, you will receive an email with your assigned Student Wish List and Instructions. You must complete your shopping and deliver your Gift Bag to Kathy’s home (see the instructions).

If you cannot receive emails and need to receive a paper Wish List, be sure to note how to contact you in the space provided in the signup form.
