Your Next Steps to Get Connected

We are thrilled to welcome you to the HHWC. Membership is the first step toward friendship, community involvement, learning, and volunteering. Follow these simple steps to quickly connect with our members and start participating in activities of your preference.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox for Your Welcome Email

You should immediately receive a New Member Welcome Email containing your login credentials and important links.

  • Action: Look for an email from "Houston Heights Woman's Club." 
  • Troubleshooting: If you don't see it within an hour, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Step 2: Download Our Member App

The Wild Apricot for Members app is your central hub for everything HHWC—from registering for Activities and Events to accessing the Member Directory.

  • App Name: Wild Apricot for Members

  • Action: Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Login: Use same email address and password created during your application completion.

  • Pro Tip: Some users may need to perform a long tap to access  links within the Calendar descriptions.


Step 3: Sign Up for a New Member Coffee

This mini-orientation is the perfect, low-key way to meet a few members, learn how the Club operates, and ask any questions you may have.

  • What it is: A relaxed, small-group orientation held at a nearby coffee shop.

  • Action: Look for the "New Member Coffee" listing on the Club Calendar (Step 4) and register for the next available date.

Step 4: Register for Activities and Events

The Calendar is where all the action is! Once you're logged into the app or website, you can view the full schedule and register for Activities and Events
  • Register and add the selected choices to your personal calendar.
  • Registration is requested for planning purposes by our volunteer organizers.
