During this live virtual class and Happy Hour with Diana from Board-Oak HTX, you will learn how to build a gourmet and aesthetically pleasing charcuterie board featuring cheeses, meats, fresh fruits and accents using a variety of textures and flavor profiles.

You are invited to interactively build you own cheese board along with Diana to enjoy at home this same evening, or you can watch and learn techniques for your next get together!  Diana will demonstrate how to cut and layer various cheeses, as well as how to create a salami river and rose that will be visually stunning and sure to impress! 

After Registration, you will receive a grocery list, a preparation guide and the class Zoom link.
