2026 Tea Committee Meeting

Join Andrea Holberg, Tea Chair and Amy Thompson, Table Hostess Coordinator for a brief, informal gathering to prepare for our upcoming tea.

Is this your first time volunteering? We would love to see you! This meeting is designed as a helpful "dry run" to ensure everyone—especially our newest volunteers—feels confident and ready for the big day.

Meeting Highlights:

• A Visual Preview: View a sample table with a full place setting so you can see exactly how the event will look.

• The "Day Before" & "Day Of" Flow: We’ll walk through the specific schedule for both the setup day and the event itself so you know exactly what to expect.

• Q&A Session: Our coordinators will be on hand to answer any questions and address any concerns.

A Note for Our Returning Volunteers: While our seasoned tea volunteers are certainly welcome to attend, we realize your time is valuable. If you have helped us many times before and feel comfortable with the process, please feel free to skip this meeting!

Who is invited? This is a personal invitation to all Tea Volunteers, but any club member interested in the process is more than welcome to join us.
